Temporary Receptionist Job | Liverpool City Centre | Full Time | 3 Months | £10.20ph + Holiday Pay Your new companyAn organisation that works alongside NHS trusts in the area is currently seeking the support of a bubbly and engaging receptionist on a temporary basis! Your new roleWorking within commercial offices, you will be responsible for all front of house interactions into the organisation. Your duties will include; Answering and transferring calls - taking accurate messages when required, distributing post, preparing meeting rooms, monitoring inboxes and general administration as required. You will be working full time hours for a period of 3 months. What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be an enthusiastic individual who is able to interact with all levels of a business in a professional manner. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to prioritise your workload. You will be proactive in your approach and be keen to exceed expectations.
