Job Title: Billing AssistantLocation: Aston ClintonSalary: NegotiableDuration: 6 Month FTC

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and working together with Business Analysis Manager on monthly billing runs.
  • Preparing draft invoices, sending them out for approval, and producing invoices on your own time.
  • Working closely with other departments (Operations, Warehouse, Kitting) to ensure all costs have been captured correctly.
  • Analysing supplier invoices to ensure we are charged the correct rates.
  • Manual entry of invoices to our accounting program SUN.
  • Ensuring all information are up to date and correct.
  • Liaising with clients to deal with invoice queries.
  • Assisting Billing Analysis Manager with raising Credit Notes and recording them on SUN
  • Helping maintain internal documents - like invoice book, suppliers log, etc.
  • Any ad hoc project as required by the Billing Manager
  • Assisting when available with Credit Control

Skills:

  • IT literate including good excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Great attention to detail
  • Professional manner and good communication skills
  • Strong administrational and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work to tight timescales to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Flexible in work approach
