Brook Street has an exciting opportunity for three Administrators to work on a temporary basis for a growing company. This is a fast-paced environment delivering exceptional administration support to regulatory requirements

This is initially a three-month opportunity with the chance to be extended or be made permanent for the right person

What will you do as Collections advisor?

  • Work with your team to ensure department objectives are met
  • Liaise with external companies
  • General administration tasks
  • Producing and sending documents to customers
  • Ensure your work is in line with compliance regulations that govern the business
  • Complete all regulatory training where applicable

What type of skills/experience do I need to be considered for this role?

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Experience working to targets
