Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/ Business Admin or other relevant fields.
Have At least 2 years experienced will add on advantage
Able to start work immediately will be preferred.

Possess team lead with experience managing team members
Handle full spectrum of HR duties, include overseeing the most of HR functions, including Recruitment and Hiring, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development.
Well versed with Malaysian Labor Laws and good working knowledge of HR practices & Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure the company is compliance with the local labour laws and related statutory requirements.
Handle all HR related matters and undertake task as and when assigned by management.
Recruitment and Hiring
Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
Collaborates with top management and head of departments to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
To advise in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
To Communicate with Employee, executing and drive in the implementation of HR policies, practices and processes
Training and Development
Work closely with the top management and heads of departments to identify, develop and implement strategic organizational effectiveness initiatives design to KPI systems, people performance, competencies, etc.
Propose and implement Employee Engagement initiatives to nurture positive culture and instill core values and drive a high-performance organizational culture, improve staff engagement, including any company activities.
Monitor workforce productivity in the company by providing KPI to every staff.
Develop and implement appraisal systems, identify talent gaps and develop internal candidate pipelines.
