Requirements


N/O/A Level and above
No experience required as training will be provided
Service-oriented mindset, self-motivated attitude and excellent customer service skills
Taking initiative, being a team player and ability to work with minimum supervision
Detail-oriented, organized and high accuracy in order processing
Highly adaptable in a fast-changing environment, multi-tasking, and highvolume workload
Computer literate and Proficient in MS Office (especially in Microsoft Excel)
Immediate availability will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

Handle and assist customers on their sales enquiries via emails and phone calls
Handle daily delays, notify customers of delay and recovery plan
Liaise with stakeholders on customers’ orders & delay
Request, follow up, reply and complete customer’s inquiry within targeted time frame
Identify supplier delay reason, work with internal team & supplier for improvement
Prepare and send delivery delay report daily
Reconciliation of supplier invoice

Benefits

Monday to Friday: 9:00am~6:00pm
Saturday Duty (alternate Saturday): 9:00 am ~ 3:00 pm. They must willing to work following Singapore calendar and on alternate Saturday.
Salary Range: Basic RM 3,000 to 4,500.00.
Medical claim capped at RM500/yr
Specialist claim capped at RM300/yr
Dental claim capped at RM300/yr
Performance Bonus 2 – 2.5 Months
