To support the PI Oncology team with events, expenses, product complaints, compliance, customer interaction with IH and VEEVA as well as marketing material.
Other Key Responsibilities :-
Provide administrative support to the Sales Leader, Sales Managers and Product Manager.
Book all local and international travel for the commercial team
Arrange and facilitate local and internal congresses including all travel, accommodation for doctors
Follow compliance when booking doctors travels
Ordering of marketing material
Organizing and maintaining the marketing storeroom including keeping a schedule of all marketing material that is available
Keep Free Of Charge as well as Contract Trackers up to date
RACI – keep the RACI up to date with all events, activities and financial submissions
Ensure that all invoices are submitted timeously for payment and keep payment tracker up to date
Marketing – submit all documents that require approvals onto VEEVA
Product Complaints – Manage product complaints timeously
About You :-
Bachelor's degree. Administrative/business related qualification would be advantageous
2+ years’ experience in an administrative role or Sales and Marketing Support
Experience within the medical devices and/or pharmaceutical environment
Experience with MS Office and Advanced PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to work in a team and independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Customer Focused with attention to detail
Experience in working in different systems/ tools
Deadline driven and work under pressure
Excellent Time management
