Our Clickatell champion will provide administrative support within the Product Partnerships department. This ideal person will play a vital role in supporting our commercial, VAS and routing teams in the supplier management and procurement domain. You will liaise with various internal stakeholders to obtain critical supplier information and documentation as and when required. You will assist in ensuring the smooth running of key processes with feedback loops during the supplier onboarding process. Our champion will act as liaison and work proactively and cross-functionally within and outside of the department to ensure that projects and are executed and communicated efficiently with key stakeholders in a timely manner.

Responsibilities of the Role

Partner Carrier, Governance & support

  • Systems Support (Salesforce, JIRA, SharePoint)
  • Document and Process Management
  • Commercial Governance Management and Support
  • General office administration and support

Project administration & Support

  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Communicate and report/ escalate critical issues as they arise to ensure minimal business interruptions.
  • Build strong working relationships with peers and team members.
  • Feel open to ask questions and provide feedback on all matters within your role to ensure a thorough understanding of the nature of Clickatell business environment and your department.

Reporting & Feedback

  • Provide a weekly report covering product partnership systems (Salesforce & JIRA).
  • Provide a weekly report on all commercial documentations pertaining to suppliers (not captured in the system).
  • Provide bi-weekly status report on open projects.
  • Provide a view of all critical meetings scheduled at the start of every quarter.

Requirements of the Role

  • Graduate/ Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Business administration, Project management or Office administration certification a must.
  • Work Experience
  • 2-5 years’ experience withing a project administration role in a technology environment.
  • Relevant experience with cloud systems, data analytics, commercial governance
  • Relevant experience in telecommunications environment beneficial.
  • Experience in telecoms industry a plus
  • Knowledge and Abilities
  • Experience in Salesforce administration and workflow reporting.
  • Experience using Atlassian (JIRA) – Including reporting
  • Proficient in MS office, strong excel skills
  • Understanding data management and analysis
  • Able to articulate and present information to internal stakeholders
  • Strong administrative and time management skills
  • Project management and Critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication, collaboration skills
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and engagements at the same time.
  • Be able work independently and self-manage at times, results driven.
