Efiniti Telecommunications Services is a lead supplier of professional services in the Telecommunications and Information & Communications Technology ICT industry.finiti is an Australian owned and based company that specialises in these fields across three business sectors ? Carrier & ICT, Corporate & Government, and Technology Vendor.r>
We are currently looking to fill up contract positions full time hours in our Service Desk analyst team as Level 1>
Business hours shift
Monday - Friday between 7am to 7pm
Key Accountabilities
Provide direct customer support in person or phone and Please apply through this site.r>Respond and Resolve or coordinate the resolution of all customer request or escalate to the relevant team
Meet defined KPI's and targets
Who we're looking for
As this is a client facing position where that successful candidate will be on-site at the client premises full time, We're looking for candidates with the below desired skills and experience
customer service experience in cooperate or enterprise environment is highly desirable
Client facing role skills is preferred
Excellent customer services skills in a corporate / IT environment, with the ability to provide an exceptional user experience.r>Strong communications skills, both written and verbal, including a personable and professional phone manner and the ability to explain technical issues using non-technical language.r>Interest in technology and hunger to learn new products and features.r>Experience working in a Telecommunication and IT company is required.r>Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively and problem solving skills.r>Highly organised with strong attention to detail.r>Ability to start ASAP
