Tas Rural Supplies in Cambridge are offering an experienced Book keeper / Admin person a permanent part time role within their business.
experience in retail sales an advantage.
This role will be responsible for recording & maintaining business financial & sales transactions, purchasing, reconciling invoices, payments, payroll and various other activities involving a small rural business.
applicant must have knowledge in:
Payroll & superannuation functions
Reconciling bank transactions
Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
Reconciling sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month.
Monitoring financial transactions and reports.
Processing accounts receivable and payable.
Working with an accountant when necessary.
Handling monthly payroll using accounting software.
The successful applicant must have the ability to problem solve and be proactive to an ever changing environment.
Part time 2-3 days per week.
