Responsibilities
As a Manager/Senior Manager in our Transaction Services team your impact will be seen by
Providing high quality financial due diligence to our private equity, corporate and infrastructure clients.br>
Identifying key value drivers such as financial, commercial and operational insights to build confidence for our clients and help them reach their objectives.r>
Helping our clients make better business decisions based on value, by providing commercial insight and technical expertise, backing up your point of view with well articulated, rigorous and reasoned analysis
Being responsible for supporting a team in performing valuations across a wide range of industries and for a variety of purposes, including financial reporting and tax, business disputes/litigation, transaction support and value consulting
Building trusted relationships with the team and our clients and growing the capability of our consultants.his includes working through technical matters, quality review of deliverables and models as well as coordinating client engagements and liaising with the broader team to manage projects from end to end on a high volume of varied projects
coaching and developing a team of talented juniors to ensure the highest level of service delivery.r>
Requirements
You have a background and solid technical skills in financial analysis in a consulting or corporate client-facing environment and are skilled in data manipulation, modelling, problem solving, people management and lateral thinking.ou are comfortable with multi-handling of various projects and hold a strong understanding of valuation concepts and articulation of value drivers and strong ability to manage the delivery of complex engagements.ostgraduate academic qualifications such as CA/CPA, CFA, MBA or a Masters in Finance or Applied Finance will be highly regarded.r>
A commercially astute approach to business development, excellent consulting capabilities and client relationship skills will be key to your success.eing part of our high performing team means you will be exposed to a variety of industries and situations to grow this knowledge and experience.r>
