Cert III Traineeship
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic learner who is excited about commencing their career in Early Childhood Education and Care.
This is a great opportunity to gain a qualification whilst working in a most rewarding profession.he Cert III Traineeship is a 12 month program and further career opportunities be available to successful applicants.r>

The suitable applicant will complete a Certificate III in Children's Services whilst they gain hands on practical experience and mentoring from the existing team of educators.r>
You will need a great work ethic and committed to completing the course as well as caring for young children.r>

Demonstrate a passion for working with children and caring to their needs
Create a supportive, stimulating and secure learning environment for the children.r>
Develop positive and caring relationships with the children and their families.r>
This qualification is fully funded by the employer and you will be provided with regular study time during your roster.r>
All applicants must be 18 years or over and you will need to for a Working with Children Check prior to commencement.r>
As this is a traineeship position, no other experience is necessary.r>

Observing lessons and identifying teachers' strengths and weaknesses.r>
Providing feedback, advice, and individual training sessions for teachers.r>
Organizing workshops, training sessions, and events where guest speakers inspire teachers.r>
Collaborating with teachers and other staff to develop improved curricula, lesson plans, assessments, and classroom management techniques.r>
Setting weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals for teachers as well as students, and providing advice and guidance to ensure these goals are met.r>
Returning to classrooms to reassess progress once teachers have completed their training.r>
Supervising classroom activities, taking notes, and writing up reports to share with school administrators and relevant stakeholders.r>
Developing new strategies and plans for an improved learning experience.r>
Keeping abreast of developments in teaching as well as your relevant subject area.r>
Building teacher networks and encouraging teachers to share their resources and knowledge.r>
