This well-respected local Government organisation is looking to add a customer service coordinator to their established team.
Your new role
You will be passionate about customer service, with experience in an office support role. Your day-to-day duties will include
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Coordinate and manage the customer service team
Address policies and procedures that need updating
Reception duties - answering phones, greeting employees and clients
Document management, data entry, reporting and filing
Team Management experience and Certificate 3/4 in Leadership is highly desirable
General administration and ad hoc
What you'll need to succeed
experience in an office administration or customer service or similar role
Passion for dealing with people, ability to de-escalate situations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management, organisation and communication skills
Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced team environment with the ability to manage competing priorities with a calm and professional approach
Ability to work independently as well as within a small team
Initiative to identify and assist with other tasks in the office that need completion
What you'll get in return
Parking onsite, some training provided, flexibility in role. Working 19 day month, 1-2 RDO a month
