The Role

Join our service-oriented teams perhaps at our contact centre assisting with inbound calls inbound and outbound calls, and digital communication channels. This role requires no cold calls, all warm leads. Helping with enquiries from new and existing customers of the City of Sydney’s leisure centres.

This aids with supporting existing member retention and new member growth, provides information on current marketing campaigns and may act as a first point for customer feedback. Working as part of the customer experience team some limited shift work may be required to assist covering spanning hours of operations.

  • Relationship management experience
  • Choose to work at one of six centres assisting with cash handling and point of sale software. Rewarding interactions with our visiting members and families. Contribute to your reception centre team with:

  • Taking responsibility for own actions
  • Training provided for either role, we will help you obtain the necessary qualifications

    for First Aid and CPR. You will need the ability to obtain Working with Children Check
