Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic product analyst to assist us in recommending the best products and launch strategies to increase company profitability. The design and trend researcher’s responsibilities include working closely with different departments within the company, analysing product data to make product recommendations. You should be able to study products on the market in order to create a better product.


The design and trend researcher plays a crucial role in CORE Experience. The quality of the work spells the difference between success and failure for the organization. The main function is to research, compile, and analyse information on products and market conditions to identify potential new products in the markets, and find new innovative, trending products online.

The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Collecting data on consumers, market trends, competitors and and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
Research material and design trends in latest themes for products and find suitable references. 
You have been responsible for designing the appropriate research methodology and protocols to answer business questions.
Create and present documentation of research insights, using appropriate visuals to communicate relevant concepts and frameworks. Involve a broader team in understanding research insights and defining the impact of research outcomes aligned with overall program goals.
Develop product and content briefs.
Prepare research protocols including tools, structure, interview guide and supporting materials
Champion the voice of the user in all aspects of design, prototyping, testing and delivery
Coordinate with our Product development team to create these products. 
Retain scorecards with industry benchmarks show you which ideas will be most successful, at-a-glance
Consider various criteria in searching and choosing products, including competitor data, sales data, market/consumer trends, buying behaviour, associated risks, and overall business environment
Evaluate the company products and compare them against industry trends.
Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs.
Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth.


Experience - 2-4 years

A passion for visual storytelling Strong working knowledge of visual communication 
Research Skills particularly online search.
Planning Skills/Time Management.
Technology Skills - Google Suite, MS Excel, social media 
Communication Skills;
fluent in English – spoken and written 
Collaboration/Interpersonal Skills.
Strong attention to details.

Willingness to perform various functions and with high regard for integrity, excellence, continuous learning, and creative thinking.
can work on multiple projects at once, be comfortable with tight deadlines and with adhering to project budgets
Conduct secondary research in the assigned sectors
