Executive - Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Actively source potential candidate and build candidate pipelines to meet business needs especially when working with recruitment agencies, universities and other career platforms.
Liaise with hiring managers on hiring requests and perform timely end-to-end recruitment to fill vacancies.
Source, screen, and shortlist talents from various recruitment channels.
Arrange and participate in interviews for candidates at senior executive level and below. 
Prepare compensation package for approval, negotiate and extend offers to candidates.
Handle onboarding process and activities for new joiners, including participating in corporate induction programme and post-onboarding sessions.
Engage and communicate with various HR teams and key stakeholders on all hiring matters.
Create personal details in HRIS for new joiners, transfers and seconded staff.
Employer Branding
Plan, coordinate and execute career engagement activities and partnerships with local & overseas universities/colleges and associations as an employer of choice e.g. career/campus talks, workshops, industrial visits, virtual engagements, and student engagement/networking activities.
Coordinate with career platform organisers e.g. Graduan / GTI on career fairs, publications and various employer branding initiatives and activities to elevate our brand presence.
Conduct analysis of feedback and debriefing to speakers for all engagements participated.
Liaise with Group Corporate Communications on engagements, message alignment and postings on social media as well as to improve content and visual of our career page. 
Study best practices amongst employers and recommend creative, strong and visible employer branding initiatives. 
Administrative Support
Prepare reports relating to recruitment and onboarding as well
Update TA–EB dashboard and monthly HR management dashboard timely.
Handle exit interviews to ensure accurate information is captured for
management’s review. 
Update & keying-in new joiner and movement (i.e staff transfer, secondment) details in HRIS.
Degree in Human Resources or any relevant discipline 
Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
Knowledgeable in HR practices especially talent acquisition and flair for employer branding
Good Interview and assessment skills
Market and promote the company and organise branding initiatives effectively
Possess good communications (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
Good planning and coordination skills 
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
