1. Key Results / Accountabilities
Leading talent acquisition and recruitment processes for the mass hiring for companies' expansion into various market such as Thailand, Vietnam, Korea, Japan.
Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR Talent Acquisition metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Propose recruitment channel and building talent pipeline.
Conducting talent profiling that can help provide better insight on talent acquisition.
Working on promotional material such as creation of banner/ bunting/ Leaflet to be shared on career fair.
Deliver career talks at University
Manage recruitment agency's performance and conduct monthly business review with recruitment agency.
Expat management and expectation settings on lives living abroad as a Foreign knowledge worker.
Working with university, joining campus career fair, building relationship, signing MOU with universities.
Conducting interviews for the hiring from Junior to Managerial levels.
Undertake tasks around performance management for the HR team when it comes to talent acquisition.
Generating of weekly recruitment report and chairing weekly/ monthly recruitment meeting with stakeholders.
Buddy and train Junior HR on hiring techniques, interview techniques, and stakeholder management.
Propose interview assessment to hire the right talent for the organization.
Administer compensation and benefit plans including salary benchmarking for all levels of hiring, be it Local Hiring/ Expat Hiring.
Conduct employee onboarding, assimmilation program such as cultural and tax induction for Expat Employee.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent acquisition, and employment law.
Participate in Employee Engagement team with a key position to organize event for the organization.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations if necessary.
Any other ad hoc task assigned.
2. Qualification & Experience and Competencies
Education and Experience
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of working experience in HR Recruitment operations
Candidate with relevant experience in mass hiring/ expat hiring will be preferred.
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders
Good communications skills.
Meticulous and attentive to details dealing with sensitive documents and information.
Things to note
1 year contract renewable subject to performance.
