About the Role
We have a great opportunity to join our Supply Chain team as Customer Care Managfor a 12 month contract.
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain ANZ, this role will improve business performance by creating competitive advantages that impact Cost, Cash and Growth ensuring availability of products at the point of sales and customer satisfaction at the optimum cost, the most efficient processes end to end (Order to Cash) and clear and timely information for all stakeholders.
Sales and Finance: Key partner for both guaranteeing the right flow of product and information to and from the customer and ensuring the successful development of Joint Business Plans.
Marketing and Trade Marketing: Key partner for the development of marketing/trade marketing business plans in accordance to operational capabilities
IS: Key partner for the development of IS Projects and ensuring an end to end flawless operation where systems are implied.
Other Supply Chain areas (QA, Demand Planning and Distribution): Key partner to ensure product availability with the right conditions in the right moment and at the right place and the development of specialized customer facing projects (Joint Forecasting, Warehousing and Transport practices)
What you will bring:
Experience in Supply Chain (i.e Customer Service, Demand Planning, Warehouse and Distribution ) at least 5 years
College or University Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration or related.
Experience in Order to Cash Processes.
Experience in developing Collaboration plans with Customers. Knowledge in SAP and Excel . Knowledge in related areas (Commercial, Finance, Marketing)
Experience in managing teams
