As Customer Service Consultant (Employer Support Consultant), you will make a difference in the lives of customers that have recently secured employment by delivering ongoing support through phone, email and SMS. You will use your wit and charm to build and maintain relationships with our employers.


You may be required to work a roster between the hours of 8am – 7:30pm Monday to Friday. Need unique hours? We might be able to accommodate so please ask!

About You

To be successful in these roles you will be able to demonstrate:
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to engage on the telephone with diverse customers who require support with sensitive and emotional matters;
Excellent administration skills, attention to detail and computer literacy, including the ability to type 30 words per minute;
Strong written communication skills;
Ability to multi-task, you will be required to work across various IT systems whilst maintaining telephone contact;
Experience in understanding complex administrative procedures and ensure clear communication of these requirements is undertaken for a diverse range of customers;
Experience working to targets and KPIs;
Experience in administration or customer service,
Ability to learn new systems quickly; and
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
