In this role, you will primarily support two Global HR Directors and be responsible for diary/inbox management, organising meetings, preparing meeting papers and presentations, processing of procurement and expense invoices and travel arrangements. You will also support your HR teams with any ad-hoc requests such as ordering technology, setting up new starters, travel and organising events. You will collaborate with other HR Executive Assistants and team members and take an active role to support the success of HR and the business.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in proactively supporting senior executives. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly. You will be highly organised, have good time management skills and handle complex and sensitive work situations with the necessary skills, demonstrating sound judgement. You are proactive, efficient and have an eye for detail. Your skills as a communicator, along with your ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements is what enables you to effectively manage and deliver results across your stakeholder group. You enjoy working closely with others, are comfortable in a fast-paced working environment, and you value confidentiality and exercise appropriate judgment and discretion. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
