Digital Marketing Specialist – Import Platform AutoCanada Head Office Edmonton, Alberta As part of the Marketing team that supports our 63 franchised car dealerships, you will play a key role in how our Paid Media supercharges their marketing efforts. Paid Media is critical to our growth strategy, so you will bring your experience managing Facebook, Google Ads and other digital media dollars focused on 'performance' into the lead funnel.As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will set-up, manage, & optimize effective in-house marketing campaigns of various ad types, on multiple channels. As an advertising expert, you will work with our dealerships & marketing team to make sure we’re maximizing our sales opportunities and ROAS. Your Day to Day: Collaborating in the creation of Paid Digital Media strategies, budgets, and plans for all Facebook and Google Advertising with the Marketing Director Creating marketing copy, optimizing, and executing the day-to-day set-up of digital marketing campaigns Having a deep understanding of Paid Search marketing including PPC campaigns, keyword planning, and how SEM & SEO drive growth Researching and analyzing competitor advertising links and SERP results Performing keyword research to identify and prioritize opportunities to increase search engine results pages results Managing and optimizing all Facebook ads to maximize lead generation based on the effectiveness at the dealership level Utilizing Marketing Analytics, Google Analytics, optimization schedules and vendor-specific dashboards to monitor and improve campaign performance Creating relevant, effective, and accurate copy to improve lead generation Collaborating with our graphics team on creating campaign assets for the purpose of A/B testing Working with our digital platform liaisons to stay up to date on all social media tools and developments, including new ad formats, releases, beta tests, etc What You Bring to the Table: Minimum 1-3 years marketing experience in a similar setting Experience buying traffic online through Google and Facebook Ads Proficient knowledge of online measurement and performance indicators, ability to analyze campaign data and discern insights (Google Analytics and Tableau) Google Ads certification, Advanced Google Analytics certification, and Facebook Blueprint would be an asset Strong writing skills for ad copy with great attention to detail You can work on your own and don’t need to be hand-held through your daily tasks AutoCanada Offers You: Competitive pay, bonus, and pretty great group of people to spend time with every day Health and dental benefits including a flexible health spending account Access to all the training and support you need to get the job done An opportunity to be part of an exciting, growing company For more info check out autocan.ca/, Instagram, Facebook.
