ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVESSupport the Brand Manager, Senior Brand Executive and Brand executive in Co-ordination and tracking of In-market campaigns, brand building initiatives to deliver business and Brand launch growth objectives.Support operational implementation of key brand activities on time and in full, with up to-date tracking and performance information optimizing efficiencies and effectivenessWHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOREnsure all the required brand activation tools and communication touchpoints defined in the brand operational plan are sourced effectively from various suppliers including quotations, in line with procurement policy to meet required key milestones. Responsible for co-ordination of elements required by suppliers to meet key timing milestones to ensure On-time, in full delivery to depots of all elements two weeks before new cycle startsStakeholder Internal and External engagement to ensure status updates of ETA and the effective delivery of brand campaign and activation elements with required quality, on time and agreed costs Gathering Insights and collation of trade feedback to provide support to the Brand team to deliver an effective campaign to meet objectives and assist in co-ordination required actions Actively monitor and report brand activation expenditure through updating of trackers to ensure it does not exceed budget defined in operational brand plan.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE1-2 years experience in marketing and/or similar roles within an FMCG organizationTertiary Qualification related to marketing or otherSelf-starter; must be able to take ownership of tasks and work within a teamMust be agile and have strong analytical and co-ordination abilitiesIntermediate capability across the key Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point and Word)
