ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVESSupport the Brand Manager, Senior Brand Executive and Brand executive in Co-ordination of Brand planning, development and NPI administrative tasks and tracking of Brand performance to deliver business and Brand growth objectives.Responsible for gathering data, updating performance trackers of Brand performance in Key Markets and providing the information in a timeous manner to the Brand team WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FORSupport operational co-ordination of admin tasks required for new product introduction projects and Brand development including but not limited to updating Hive changes or cancellations to SPI in timeous Manner as well as change requests. Tracking and updating material stock on hand and value of write offs to enable new product launches and upgrades with zero write offs. Gathering Insights and collation of data sources to provide Brand team performance information of key markets in a format that allows the team to draw actional insights to improve performance on a monthly basisUpdating Budget trackers and highlighting any challenges to the Brand manager Support brand team with ensuring Purchase requests have been uploaded and approved ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE1-2 years experience in marketing and/or similar roles within an FMCG organizationTertiary Qualification related to marketing or otherSelf-starter; must be able to take ownership of tasks and work within a teamMust be agile and have strong analytical and co-ordination abilitiesIntermediate capability across the key Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point and Word)
