This is a hands-on role which is expected to be extremely demanding and so the successful candidate will be a bright, confident individual with great organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.This role will involve working closely with the sales and marketing team(s) to promote our portfolio of solutions from our strategic partners; SAP, ServiceNow, Automation Anywhere, Infor, HxGN, and AWS.What you’ll doWork closely with sales and marketing team(s) on multi-channel campaigns and demand generation initiatives – putting in follow up calls - and activities as requested to generate sales opportunities and(or) appointments for members of the Sales teamWork to develop lists / database of prospects (from sources like Zoominfo) to whom Sapphire can promote products and servicesFollow up all sales opportunities and call backs within the agreed target timesKeep the CRM system (HubSpot) up to date with all details of prospects, customers, contacts, sales activity, and customer feedbackDevelop and maintain a high level of understanding of Sapphire’s solutions and value proposition and be able to talk about these in the context of prospects’ / clients’ requirements:Cross sell and up sell the complete range of our products and capabilitiesGain knowledge of the competitive landscape and use this to Sapphire’s advantageEngage constructively with the marketing department to develop campaign plans to generate sales opportunitiesAttend exhibitions and events as required to by the Sales Director or Marketing DirectorAttend and contribute constructively to sales / marketing meetingsAt all times respond to prospect / client requests in a courteous and timely mannerCarry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Sales and Marketing leadershipRepresent Sapphire in a professional and positive manner at all times and ensure a first class prospect / client experienceExperience & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of B2B experienceTechnology/software industry experience required; enterprise software sector experience preferredBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experienceProficient in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social media tools preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to work autonomously and collaborate with a teamThe legal right to live and work in the United StatesThe ability to make a difference!
