FRANSCHHOEK - Finance Operations Clerk (Winery)
Exciting Opportunity to join a World Class organisation and team.
Detail orientated Finance clerk/administrator required to join the local Finance Team of an exclusive, global, and high-profile group of companies. Use your supreme, meticulous administrative skills and finance knowledge to fulfill the following:
Dispatching and Logistics
Recording, reconciling and collection of payments for statutory submissions
The following qualifications and experience will be required for your application to be considered:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and dispatching
Knowledge of the wine manufacturing industry
Experience in Debtors, Ledgers, Bookkeeping, Recons and Stock valuations
Competent in MSOffice database and some form of Accounting Software (preferably SAGE and WineMS)
Understanding of Foreign Currency and Exports
Outstanding Communication Skills
Customer service driven
