Description


Our client is looking for someone who is able to assist team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments. Inspects work performed by team members. Tracks and logs workers time, materials, and other resources used for inventory purposes.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring that daily operations of the sanctuary maintenance department run smoothly, and that regular checks and maintenance are completed
Ensuring maintenance jobs are completed in accordance with the highest standards of efficiency
Responsible for staff management including evaluation of performance, compliance to disciplinary codes and enabling a positive team culture
Contributing to the development of a maintenance budget and ensuring compliance
Monitoring inventory and usage of materials and equipment
Participating in the coordination of projects (e.g., renovations)
Providing reports to your line manager and the Sanctuary Manager as necessary

Requirements:

Proven experience as a maintenance lead or similar role
Relevant qualification or proven work experience
Strong written and verbal English skills,
In possession of a valid driver’s license
Strong leadership and collaboration skills,
Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical & heating etc.),
Solid knowledge of MS Office 365 as well as virtual communication tools (e. g. MS Teams)
