Area of residence:PretoriaRequirements:B.com degree or related HR diploma advantageousMinimum 3-5 solid years experience in a relevant roleClear ITC, Credit & Criminal Background and pre-placement medical screening.Responsibilities:Employee RelationsTimeously attend to and resolve incident reportsPropose sanctions and accurately draw up charges for misconducts committedAssist and guide line management in terms of performance managementProvide comprehensive ER advisory and support to business in line with SA law and regulations, company policy and considering applicable business goals or needs and best practice, with the aim of minimising riskMonitor compliance with the LRA, BCEA, CCMA rules and company policiesHR representation and recording of minutes in disciplinary hearingsEnsure all CCMA notices are processed and reported to the relevant stakeholdersManage the Objection to Con/Arb processConduct all processes in a manner that upholds integrity and all other good governance principlesObtaining all disciplinary action documents from line management on a monthly basis for accurate record keeping and monthly IR reportingManage complete absconsion process timeously and according to company policyCCMA bundle preparation and representation at Conciliation and Arbitration as requested and requiredGeneral HR administrationMaintain sound personnel records for all staff in line with legislative requirementsAccurate and complete drafting of necessary HR documentation by applying attention to detail and quality assuranceUpdating and maintenance of all electronic resources including templates, policies and proceduresCorresponding with and assisting business regarding new employees, monthly changes and any employee related queriesRecruitment including sourcing, screening and interviewingAssisting in the administration of HR-related duties through the HRIS, examples include contracts of employment and all internal documentation (transfers/promotions/salary structure changes/salary increases etc.)Assistance with any ad hoc HR projectsRelationship Management & DevelopmentBuild and manage all stakeholder relationships and ensure open communication channelsPromote and uphold the companys Mission, Vision and ValuesDeliver effective support and development to uphold company culture and promote a reputation as an employer of choiceAllow for the establishment and maintenance of a pleasant and motivated working environmentSystems and ProcessesUse of available systems and processes to maximize personal and department effectivenessRecommend cost effective improvement as appropriateAssisting in HRIS implementation and optimisation of all HR processesSelf - DevelopmentDevelop, maintain and deliver personal business awareness and understandingMaintain and develop knowledge of HR best practice and legislation to maximize contribution effectivenessAttributes:Confidentiality orientedMeticulous attention to detailEmotional intelligence and professionalismGood time managementResilienceAbility to cooperate and communicate with all levels of management as well as with external clients
