Roles & Responsibilities :


  • Client visits hospitality service arrangements as per requirements.
  • Coordinate with various staff for operational support activities of the unit; serve as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
  • Monitoring housekeeping activities and always ensure clean and hygienic environment maintained. Maintaining inventory of HK material consumption and for the stock ordered.
  • Monitoring daily activities of Pantry & Office boy.
  • Handling Monthly Stationary request of employee’s basis of requirement. Maintaining and keeping track on balance stock on monthly basis.
  • Handling Mailroom Services of daily Incoming & outgoing couriers with daily records and maintained in registers.
  • Managing Repair & Maintenance work on timely basis, maintain snag list of the same. Keep record of all complaints lodged. Preparation of BOQ.
  • Maintaining Weekly roster & monthly attendance records of Housekeeping, Security & Office boy.
  • Initiating and conducting employee engagement forums like food committee, Know your facilities team etc.
  • Keeping Track of Monthly Petty Cash expenses and with supporting document as per finance team guidelines.
  • Seating allocation and planning for Employees.
  • Coordinating with Tea & Coffee vending machine vendor for monthly Materials and machine maintenance work.
  • Handling Key Management with maintaining proper register.
  • Preparing MIS Report and Data Management Report for every month and sending the same to the reporting Manager.
  • Quarterly Asset Reconciliation of inventory.
  • Ensuring sufficient stock of cleaning consumables, toiletries, pantry consumables is maintained at site. Maintaining monthly inventory records.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT:

  • Facilitate and maintaining the processes organizations use to manage their suppliers, such as selecting vendors, controlling costs, reducing vendor-related risks, and ensuring service delivery.
  • Processing all the invoices timely for the services availed and ensure payments are tracked.
  • Conducting Monthly KPI Review of vendors
  • Coordination & Managing the Vendors responsible for supporting the New Business activities & ensuring the adherence to service level agreement (SLA) as per the contract.
  • Keeping track on service contracts, PO spend trackers, AMCs, addendums & initiating renewals.

CAFETERIA MANAGEMENT:

  • Maintaining Hygiene & Quality of food in the Cafeteria/Pantry.
  • Daily & Surprise checking in pantry for cleanliness grooming & hygiene of cafeteria staff.
  • Taking Feedback from Employees for better improvement in food taste & quality.
  • Maintaining monthly inventory of crockery/cutlery at site.


Qualification - Any Graduation

Experience - 7+ years relevant experience required

Immediate joiners & lesser notice period candidates preferred
