The Role

You will be the first point of contact for many queriers in regard to payments and refunds. Some of the duties will include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service over phone and email in a timely manner
  • Take ownership and see customer requests through from start to finish
  • Accurately lodge all cases and solving customer queries and relevant details in Salesforce
  • Maintain knowledge of a variety of relevant business systems, proactively troubleshoot and identify potential faults promptly
  • Have an ability to navigate multiple systems while talking on the phone
  • Take high volume of inbound calls
  • Please note that there are multiple positions available on a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday roster between 7:00am to 12:00am.

    About You

  • You have excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • You have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to be proactive and take ownership
  • You have the ability to multitask and handle challenges in an efficient and effective manner
  • You are switched on and personable and have strong attention to detail
  • You are computer literate and willingness to learn new skills
  • You have previous call centre experience or come from hospitality or retail background
  • You have the ability to display a high level of resilience, remaining calm in high-pressure situations
