Work Schedule:

90% FTE, day/night. 8/12 hour shifts between the hours of 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with weekend rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse:

  • B6/6 is a 39-bed unit with nurse driven collaboration providing care to acutely ill patients varying in age and diagnosis, including end of life care.
  • Nurses are able to connect and form therapeutic relationships with patients.
  • You’ll be actively involved in cutting edge, evidence-based therapies and research studies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Nurses are encouraged and supported to participate in quality improvement initiatives and lead practice change.
  • Participate in a teaching and learning culture: always seeking out the “why” to understand both problems and solutions


Education:

Preferred - Baccalaureate degree in nursing.

Work Experience:

Minimum - One (1) year relevant clinical experience.

Preferred - Recent Oncology experience.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum - Registration as a professional nurse in the State of Wisconsin. CPR certification

Preferred - Chemotherapy certification.
