The Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) finance team is within the Industry Solutions & Partner Finance team. This team operates as a trusted partner to the ISD leadership team. The ISD Finance team partners across corporate leadership groups and with various field communities on a worldwide basis, responsible for helping customers adapt or migrate to Microsoft's cloud ecosystem and making the market for Microsoft technology in the Enterprise. We closely collaborate on sales, strategy, delivery and operation challenges across products (Azure, Biz Apps, Modern Work), industries, and customer segments. Microsoft Industry Solution Delivery is a worldwide team of 10,000+ Consultants, Architects, and sales professionals who live and work across 100+ countries, engaging in customer and partner interactions to drive digital transformation.

This position will focus on driving thought leadership and track financial performance mainly on Regional Delivery teams but may span across newly form Service Lines and complex strategic deals. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders, senior business leaders, leaders across Field, Corp as well as Finance stakeholders across Microsoft.

Required/Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 6+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
* OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 4+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
* OR equivalent experience.

* 6+ years of stakeholder management
* Demonstrates leadership skills and decision-making ability
* Understanding the technology industry, particularly in commercial cloud services, business models and economics
* Ability to influence, establish credibility, trust, and partnership at all levels of the organization (across geographies and organization)
* Excellent communication skills including the ability to articulate key messages concisely and clearly, while leveraging appropriate visual tools
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy with a heightened sense of urgency
* Demonstrated ability to understand complex business models and derive business insight to help strategic decision making
* Strong analytical skills: the ability to see beyond the what and understand the why and intellectual curiosity
* Team player - must have the ability to manage across organizational boundaries, influence others and build on the work of others
* Proven expertise with complex financial modeling and analysis such as trend/time series analysis, regression, correlation, benchmarking, cohort analysis, sensitivity analysis, etc.
* Organized and proficient at managing multiple tasks under tight turnaround deadlines

* Performs and reviews analysis of present and future financial performance, financial plans (e.g., expected returns, resource allocation, pricing, investment opportunities) and economic transactions (e.g., customer deals, commercial partnerships, acquisitions, etc.).
