The Restoration Services Division of Cardno is seeking a Restoration Project Manager - Senior Field Lead based in our Louisville, Kentucky office.

**Job Description:**

The **Restoration Services Division** is seeking a **Restoration Project Manager - Senior Field Lead** based in our **Louisville, Kentucky** office.

Cardno's Restoration Services Division provides a broad suite of services in natural resource management, water resource management and permitting/compliance. Our team provides ecological restoration, invasive species control, revegetation, erosion control, wetland and stream construction, maintenance and other land management practices.

The successful candidate will be a motivated leader that is able to balance project management, business development, supervision of field work, and field crews.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

+ Manage native and ecological restoration projects on all levels of size and complexity

+ Supervise, train, and mentor field personnel

+ Responsible for equipment maintenance and management

+ Ability to operate small and larger mechanical equipment

+ Responsible for project and shop material procurement

+ Assist with project scheduling and staff coordination weekly

+ Drive efficiencies and best practices through project management and QA/QC

+ Assist with proposal/bid estimating and submissions

+ Manage clients and assist with business development and growth opportunities

+ Contribute to high-level planning for sustained growth and performance

+ Drive and maintain a culture of safety in all operations

+ Adhere to all corporate policies

+ Other duties as assigned

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in ecological restoration, land management, or environmental science

+ Minimum 5-year's experience managing ecological restoration projects

+ Minimum 5-year's experience conducting on-the-ground restoration work

+ Minimum 5-year's experience managing and leading crews

+ Experience in project management, including client meetings, written correspondence, and budget tracking

+ Experience reading construction drawings and specifications

+ Experience with project estimation and proposal development through technical writing

+ Experience with native and invasive plant identification

+ Experience with ecological restoration techniques

+ Ability and willingness to work in the field, often in strenuous conditions

+ Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word

+ Ability to travel, approximately 50% of the time

+ Must hold a valid driver's license

**Desired Qualifications:**

+ Hazwoper, First Aid, Red Card, or KY Pesticide Applicators license

+ Experience with Microsoft Project or similar program

+ Certification in construction management

+ Self-motivated, strong innovator
