Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition enthusiast to join ProArch’s Global Talent Acquisition Group. And drive the Talent Acquisition for our offices in North America in collaboration with C-suits and stakeholders, end to end, across businesses and departments. This Individual Contributor role will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Talent Acquisition includes sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in career events. To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.

Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Your Responsibilities
  • Implement company talent acquisition strategy
  • Work closely with each hiring manager to learn precisely what they desire in a successful candidate and flow only qualified candidates through to them
  • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
  • Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
  • Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.); making use of video calling for interviews where face to face is not possible
  • Reviews employment applications and background check reports
  • Create a constant ‘warm pool’ of viable candidates for common hire positions, so as to quickly react to new TA requests from the business
  • Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events as required
  • Represent the company internally and externally with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
  • Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
  • Generate monthly updates for the company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
  • Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
  • Communicate regularly with the HR department to get a clear view of the company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop creative ways of addressing talent acquisition challenges
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies
  • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
  • Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry

Your skills/experiences are:
  • Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for at least 5 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or professional coursework.
  • In-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods
  • Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); which for ProArch is Workable
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Impactful presentation style
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • A positive, “can do” attitude
