An exciting opportunity has become available within the National Safety department of ALDI Stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time role.

This role provides the successful candidate with a large-scale opportunity to utilise their technical workers compensation knowledge to impact the safety of over 14,000 ALDI employees. The role is focused around using data analytics to assist with the design and development of injury management projects, policies, procedures, and risk management tools, as well as the implementation of various regional and national initiatives. Role Responsibilities:
Complete a variety of project tasks on time, on budget, and to a high standard
Provide implementation support for projects and managing ongoing business as usual (BAU)
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through consultation, training and development, which may include occasional interstate travel
Identify and analyse key trends within Injury Management reporting
Provide technical guidance and continuous support to senior management and the regional safety teams with respect to Workers Compensation and Injury Management matters
Assist in completing Premium renewal process and premium forecast reporting
Ensure ALDI is compliant with all current legislative obligations and engaging in best practice injury management
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated Workers Compensation and Premium expertise
Experience with reporting and Injury Management Claims Systems
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong reporting and analytical capabilities
Advanced Excel and Microsoft office skills
Knowledge of Injury Management practices and national legislation
Previous experience with self-insurance is highly regarded
Previous experience with Solv is highly regarded
