Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for administrative support during employee life-cycle activities - which recruit, onboard, motivate, develop, and retain a highly effective workforce that contribute to the overall business strategy.As HR Administrator with CareChoice, your key responsibilities in this role include:Managing the HR inbox by responding to enquiries and escalating where appropriate.Providing administrative support to the Human Resources Team - including but not limited to converting casual staff to permanent contracts, creating and sending weekly HR updates to the business, and issuing service recognition rewards.Maintaining administrative systems - including Carelink, Proda, Care4U, MyRecruitment+ and CareChoice's Talent Management System.Conducting direct care staff offboarding activities.Participating in the recruitment process where required.About youAs a positive role model with a can-do attitude, you will have:A tertiary qualification (or working towards) in Human Resources or a related discipline.Strong administration skills which will contribute towards various HR initiatives.Strong organisational, planning and time management skills with an ability to prioritise and manage workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent attention to detail.To applyIf this sounds like the ideal role for you, we’d love to hear from you. How you’ll make an impact

We’re currently recruiting a permanent part-time or full-time Human Resources Administrator to join our team, located at our Clayton South Office (hybrid working from home options available). Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll be responsible for administrative support during employee life-cycle activities - which recruit, onboard, motivate, develop, and retain a highly effective workforce that contribute to the overall business strategy.

As HR Administrator with CareChoice, your key responsibilities in this role include:
Managing the HR inbox by responding to enquiries and escalating where appropriate.

About you

As a positive role model with a can-do attitude, you will have:
A tertiary qualification (or working towards) in Human Resources or a related discipline.
