Job Description

Your New Role

The primary purpose of the Performance Improvement Specialist is the analysis of performance measures and implementation of service improvement for effectivedelivery of the JP2096Ph1 program.

General duties will include:

Collect, extract, and analyse performance data and be able to understand sub component drivers of relevant performance metrics
Prepare data into reports, dashboards, slide packs on a regular (monthly & quarterly) and adhoc basis
Regularly monitor and track performance to ensure service levels and KPIs are achieved
Validate data, workflow, and tools to ensure performance metrics are accurately measured against the agreed services levels and KPIs
Perform analysis and provide recommendation to technical and operation resources on areas to focus and improve
Provide assistance in developing KPI and performance reports to technical and operational resources
Develop and manage initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the reporting services
Collate cost benefit analysis on improvement opportunities and present plans for improvements to our customer for implementation approval
Act on live data to ensure the operational practice continues to deliver on performance metrics to meet and improve service delivery outcomes
Able to work with operational teams to identify and implement performance improvements that improve efficiency and add value to our customer month on month.
Work collaboratively and proactively with internal groups to ensure all resources have the necessary data to manage their overall performance
Complete ongoing Performance Reviews and ensure all required resources for the meetings/reviews are available (e.g. review material, rooms, etc.)
Assist in the hosting of Continuous Improvement and Service Level Management sessions and capture agreed actions
