What’s the role all about?

This brand new position is the glue that holds us together, your savvy HR admin and generalist support skills will come in very handy to support all aspects of the P&C function with the added bonus opportunity to get involved in projects with the wider business.
6 - 12 month fixed-term with the possibility of extension and/or permanency
Mondays are required to assist with payroll but other days/times super flexible
WFH, our amazing HQ in Prahran or a mix of both
Your main focus areas will be:
Prepare employment letters and payroll documentation
Update the payroll calendar and check leave requests
Assist with the onboarding process - checklist management and ensure new employees are setup for their first day
Coordinate the offboarding process - exit surveys and interviews
Maintain the HRIS, and ensure employee records are added and up to date
Support the Head of P&C with salary benchmarking during the annual salary review process as well as during out of cycle salary reviews
Support the Head of P&C and the Talent/Learning leads with HR/Recruitment admin, D&I events, L&D admin and coordination, and other adhoc tasks
People who we’d love to work with
Someone with a warm and positive energy who has a keen interest in the people space
Experience working in a P&C function would be ideal but not required
Strong administrative, attention to detail, analytical and organisational skills
Ability to take ownership of the role, and an interest to learn and grow
Confidence to liaise with a wide range of people
A tech-savvy person
Ability to adapt in a fast moving environment
Enthusiastic and passionate - we love what we do and we want a team player who loves what they do
