Description


You will spearhead our growth in the NSW market by identifying and researching potential clients, creating and maintaining commercial relationships, and negotiating agreements.

In this role, you’ll work across:

Lead Generation & Qualification
Qualify against CONQA’s ideal customer profile criteria to determine whether a lead qualifies as a valid opportunity
Use your networks and nous to identify new leads & add them to your pipeline
Demonstrating Value
Understand the challenges & problems the customer is facing, and then demonstrate the value of CONQA’s solution to decision-makers, using CONQA’s collateral and process.
Deliver clear and consistent pricing to the customer and where needed, negotiate with the decision-maker and manage any objections.
Maintaining Connection
Demonstrate the delivery of value back to decision-makers, at appropriate intervals.
Deliver a clear pathway to company-wide agreements
Team Communication
Clearly & consistently communicate internally with the Delivery team.
Stay engaged with Delivery on account health & milestones in order to collaboratively identify best opportunities for sales interactions.
