Our Partnerships team currently works with over 100of Australia’s most trusted Funds Management and Wealth Management businesses, consistently delivering outstanding campaign results and forming a vital part of their communications plans. We’ve got a number of big-ticket projects in the pipeline that will reshape Australia’s investment landscape and we are now growing our Partnerships Team, so that we can successfully take these to market.

Who we are looking for?
Developing strong long-term partnerships is the lifeblood of our business, so you must have a solid working knowledge of the funds management/wealth management industry and landscape. We’re not set on a particular background, but we are looking for a true Account/Relationship Manager, so we expect experience in a client-facing role and a track-record of success building genuinely valuable long-term relationships.
It goes without saying that exceptional communication skills are a must. This means you’ll not only be able to manage different types of personalities using different communication skills, but you’ll also have a large reserve of natural EQ, limitless enthusiasm and energy. You will be extremely driven, but this does not mean fostering a sales-at-all-costs mentality; our partnerships are built on honesty, reliability and building real value. It also means we check our egos at the door; we need a genuine team player who enjoys the success of others as much as their own.
What is expected of you
While our team operate at a very high level, we don’t have a sink or swim environment. You’ll learn the in’s and out’s of our products and services from 4 experienced Partnerships Team members, enjoy a high degree of support and have opportunities to learn, grow and work closely with senior members of the team and business. Your day-to-day will include a broad range of hands-on tasks, including:
Premium Partner on-boarding and education across products and services
Relationship & account management – from planning to content services
Campaign/advertising planning and management
Delivery and on-boarding of new upcoming products
Deals management and closing
Sales admin as required
