For our product line "PunQtum" we are looking for a talented and highly motivated candidate, who assists our Program Director in the day to day business and effectivley manages the balance between Marketing & Sales responsibilites. This will be an exciting opportunity for ambitious talents, to be part of a small and professional team and to market a new and promising product brand in the most agile way:
Taking customer orders, checking order status and providing updates to customers
Process and coordinate customer inquiries
Maintenance of CRM system incl. data management and monitoring of orders and pricing
Organise internal and external meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and following through on action items
Coordinate with logistics to overlook the shipping of customer demo equipment
Interact with national and international colleagues and customers
Prepare internal and external communication like emails, presentations or reports
Coordinate with Marketing department to ensure consistent content creation
Enhance existing product website structure to improve user experience
Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments
Interpret Marketing controlling data into actionable strategies and best practices
Assist in review of social media sources and provide feedback on campaigns to increase brand preference
Manage mailing lists, customer contact information
Organise and present at industry trade shows, and at conference
Completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration, economics or business administration
Proven experience in a relevant market field, ideally in the manufacturing industry
Skills in Wordpress, Microsoft Office suite, Google Analytics, photo and video editing are helpful. Knowledge in Salesforce and SAP is a plus.
