We have an opportunity for a receptionist to join the team at Stockland. In this role you will be able to contribute to the effective operation of the Perth Head Office through the provision of efficient and effective customer service and administrative support of business activities. Contribute to the development and delivery of business initiatives in a way that creates a sustainable competitive advantage.

About the Role

Deliver high quality customer service to all stakeholders within the Perth Head Office
Maintain a welcoming demeanour by modelling Stockland Values
Maintain strong relationships with contractors and third-party suppliers
Action incoming calls in a timely manner, qualifying the callers needs and directing calls to the relevant team members or taking a message
Assisting staff with meeting room bookings, office management and general enquiries
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
Raising purchase orders to complete overhead purchases for the business, processing invoices for payment and following up outstanding payments with Accounts Payable
Assist with the organisation and set up/pack down of office and staff events and initiatives
Processing all incoming and outgoing mail and couriered packages
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, binding

About You

Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service roles
Demonstrated high level administrative and organisation skills; ability to prioritise and multi-task
Demonstrated ability to prepare written documentation clearly and accurately
Sound knowledge of, and experience with, computer-based systems including Microsoft Office and record management systems
Well-developed inter-personal and communication skills, including ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to exercise initiative and maintain confidentiality as required
