The Role:



The role of the Safety & Quality Service Administrator is to provide support to Carrier Australia in relation to all aspects of EHS & Quality, including providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers. The Safety & Quality Service Administrator is the key communication linkage between the internal customers, the technicians who performs the work onsite, and the wider service and commercial teams.



Key Responsibilities:
Champion and support the safety reports registers and statistics database for reporting purposes and ongoing analysis and safety improvement, created in MYSOH / Enablon
Support the implementation of the Carrier National EH&S strategic planning and review and update of the EHS    Management System programs and initiatives
Assist with the development and standardisation of safety system processes, Risk Assessments, SWMS, Risk Registers
Provide support and coaching and ensure that all works are always conducted in a safe manner without risk to employee’s health and safety
Develop sound working relationships with the Carrier branches nationally
Assist with optimising the Carrier EHSQ management system and client focus by maintaining high standards in health, safety and environmental commitment and practices including MYOSH / Enablon safety management system
Support the business with on boarding of new staff members, plus the ordering of PPE and uniforms
Support the business with booking of regulatory inspections hearing tests, test and tagging, calibrations
Participate in Environmental Health and Safety activities
Participate in achieving Environmental Health and Safety targets for the business
Work harmoniously with other employees with due regard to their rights, and company requirements
Maintain good ethics and professionalism that will earn respect of customers and work colleagues
Champion Artic licences


Experience and Qualification
Minimum 12 months experience in a safety admin role or similar
Strong customer focus
Excellent time management skills
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Good customer service skills and highly customer focused
Results oriented with attention to detail
Strong problem-solving ability and initiative
Demonstrated success in organising multiple and diverse tasks within a flexible working environment
Good working knowledge of Excel
HVAC Industry experience
Medium to high level computer skills
