Job Scope: The Project Manager, APAC Customer Services is responsible for leading Customer Experiences/Service projects containing Boost customer service ( back-end and portals); Customer Segmentation, EDI, MST / MST touchless, RPA/OCR and other automation projects implementation for APAC region.


PrimaryAccountabilities:


Facilitatethedevelopmentandapproval of the projectbusinesscaseanddefinesuccess metrics in partnershipwithbusinesssponsors,includingleading the projectthroughgate/approval process
Ensure stakeholderengagementandthedeliveryofnewproductsand/orservicesfromtheprojectsmeetsbusinessrequirements
Implementcontemporaryprojectmanagementpracticeson the project including projectplanning & estimatingtechniques,establishment of projectgovernance,requirementsgathering,testing,stakeholdermanagement,qualitymanagement,projectmanagement plan development,activity-basedscheduledevelopmentincludingthecriticalpath and active & effectiveriskandissuemanagement
Ensure theproject delivers the product, system or processes that arerequired to realize theidentifiedbenefitswithindefinedquality,time, and cost constraints
Implement effective change control process to evaluate, log andimplement whereapprovedchanges to scope, time, cost including benefitimpact
Help drivePMOprojecthygienevia ongoingupdatesandreviews(daily)


Qualifications:


5+ years in a senior project management role with Scrum Master and Customer Facing operations, business project management and supply chain management
Demonstrated, applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects with cross-functional project teams and multiple internal/external stakeholder groups
Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools
Competent in building a high-performing and committed project team
Business case development, benefit tracking and management
Exposure to corporate governance routines and Executive reporting
Experience in the application of formal complex project management and change management techniques and standards.
Salesforce implementation/user experience is a big plus
Supply Chain / Computer Science disciplinepreferred
Professionalcertification or accreditationin project or programmanagement
At leastoneof: PMP®, MSP™, RegPM, PRINCE2, CSM, Scaled Agile
