Qualifications`



12 years + experience in Database, Presales / Solution Engineering / IT Architecture, IT Infrastructure
Has strong customer relationships in India East region
Oracle / Technology Experience:
Strong Oracle DB and related technology around security, availability, manageability, performance and scalability experience
Strong knowledge of Data management, Data architecture, and modern data technologies and industry trends
Experience and knowledge of Oracle Infrastructure (Exadata, ZDLRA, SPARC) and Oracle Cloud Technologies
Strong knowledge of system and application design.
Strong knowledge of competitors in Databases and enterprise infrastructure solutions.
Ability to lead deep discovery sessions with customers to uncover pain points
Demonstrated ability to map customer business challenges to technical solutions
Demonstrated excellent project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to solve difficult problems with accounts, in complex technical environments.
Demonstrated good sales and marketing skills.
Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Must be able to articulate the business value of the solution and handle objections effectively.
Understanding of various Cloud technologies and ability to differentiate various vendors and solution offerings

Represent and Lead Oracle Systems engagement as a Solution Engineer and trusted advisor to Large Enterprise customers
Demonstrate complete understanding of all technical aspects of the sales process and can lead all aspects of the technical sales process.
Ensure that key decisions and strategies are understood by others.
Demonstrate superior leadership and mentoring skills.
Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities requiring creative and complex solutions.
Own relationships with key customers from a technology perspective and ensure customer success
Actively participate in organizational skill exchanges and transfers expertise to others.
Demonstrate outstanding Corporate Citizenship by working with Support, Product Management, and other organizations within Oracle.
Develop and deliver outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations.
Attend and impart appropriate internal and external training as guided by management.
Actively participate in career and goal planning with management.
Aligning to organizational business priorities and initiatives.
