About Us...

 

Hosting one million visitors annually, Southport Sharks is one of the largest clubs in Queensland and one of the Gold Coast’s leading clubs with over 50,000 members. Our facility offers a multi-purpose events centre, two restaurants, a café, five bars, two AFL grade ovals, sports facilities, modern 24/7 fitness centre, kids club, gaming facilities and free weekly entertainment, plus a 120-room Mantra hotel.

 

 

About You…

 

As someone with previous experience in the fitness industry, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will have a willingness to build long-term relationships with our members and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.

 

To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following: 
Be passionate about providing outstanding customer service
Be autonomously motivated
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Be committed to building up a client base and your brand within the fitness industry
Be available to work flexible hours, with early mornings, evening and weekend shifts
Experience in training clients and group training (preferred)
Be passionate about continued personal development
Qualifications required (minimum):
Certificate III & IV in Personal Training or equivalent
Current First Aid and CPR
Current registration with Fitness Australia or equivalent
Current Blue Card
