You will be responsible for :
Understanding the market needs and analyzing data to devise and implement processes that optimise retail operations.
Identifying and streamlining retail processes to improve store productivity and enhance employee and client experience.
Ensuring all projects and policies conform to brand and regulatory guidelines.
Ensuring that the retail training and development strategies are deployed effectively.
Coordinating with various internal stakeholders to achieve operational efficiency and brand consistency.
All aspects of planning, budgeting and executive for launching new stores.
Identifying potential sites and conducting feasibility studies.
Monitoring existing portfolio of stores and making recommendations on renewal, relocation etc.
Creating plans with detailed layouts and design and also estimating time, cost and materials requirements.
Collaborating with designers, contractors, vendors and other stakeholders with respect to development of stores.
Closely monitoring all aspects of the project to ensure launch happens in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
Escalating customer feedback as required.
You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service, Retail Development or Retail Operations role, ideally within the Retail industry.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
