Quality System Compliance
Optimize manufacturing performance towards KPI target
Point of Contact for system, processes and report concerns and business analysis
Identify, diagnose and execute on opportunities to improve
Recommend improvements on Process, reports or system Functionality
Perform Test Case Analysis upon Software Revisions and/or Modifications
Development of robust monitoring dashboard solutions that can be used for weekly ATO production and materials control reviews.
Standardization of escalation procedures and contact routes to ensure that all critical issues are properly prioritized and escalated for resolution.
Coordination with Global supply chain planning team on factory loading strategies and factory loading balancing to meet business target.
Coordination with Global supply chain planning team on the development and deployment of robust system solutions for factory production and materials planning that are well integrated with corporate planning systems.
Identify and recommend new tools, new processes and organizational structures to optimize productivity.
Communication and training on the new reports, application and processes.


BS/BA/MBA in Engineering or Supply Chain Management, or Data Analytics or equivalent degree or related work experienced.
APICS or similar certification is a plus.
8+ years’ experience in semiconductor assembly / test production and/or materials planning, supply chain solutions and manufacturing system solutions.
Strong Supply Chain Knowledge and/or Manufacturing knowledge with experience with ERP system and/or manufacturing system such as Oracle, Kinaxis, FP, FAST, etc.
Strong Analytical, Problem Solving, and Execution Skills.
Ability to Conduct Detailed and complex Data Analysis and Data Coordination across Different Systems and turn it into actionable information with SQL, excel, or self-developed programs, etc.
Capability to create reports with Hyperion, Qlikview, Tableue, SQL and Excel, etc.
Strong Communication, inter-personal skills and Teaching Skills with both oral/written in local language and English.
Ability to Organize and Drive Multiple Project Activities concurrently
Project Management/ Process management and improvement with related tools Competency
Ability to Translate Business Requirements into Technical Solutions
Self-starter with can-do attitude, flexible and adaptable, performance under high pressure
Collaboration and teamwork across multiple functions and global sites
