Job Description
Establish and maintain the accounts management system.
Establish good working relationship within the department and other related departments.
Create creative packages together with Banquet Sales Manager.
Maintain up to date knowledge and provide constant feedback on market while maintaining close client relationship.
Prepare and update forecast for banquet revenue on regular basis or as required.
Monitor and update information on market share and produce recommendation on action to improve.
Handle the negotiation process/enquiries.
To assist Banquet Sales Manager when needed.
Conduct site inspection of function rooms, rooms and outlets for prospective clients and event organizers.
Responsible for the dissemination of group related information to other departments issues Banquet Event Order.
Oversees the operation of the function and work closely with all departments to ensure quality services is delivered to our clients at all time.

Work Experience
Previous experience in a similar capacity with a five star hotel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Multi lingual skill is an advantage.
Ability to work well in high pressure situation.
Ability to clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
Ability to think strategically, inductively, and creatively.
