The Role

Job Description
Manage end to end recruitment process from advertising, screening, coordination of interviews, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting
Proactive talent searches and building out comprehensive talent pools to source the industry’s best
Manage a consistent, high volume flow of qualified candidates through active and passive recruitment methods
Partnering with the business to understand recruiting demands and requirements in order to assess the candidate quality, skills and fit for a position
Participate in recruiting events and sourcing activities if required
Be a business partner and work closely with various departments to provide relevant advice pertaining to HR issues and provide support to various key HR initiatives
Handle full employee life cycle – onboarding, induction, confirmation, offboarding, etc
Be main point of contact with regards to employee relations issues
Responsible for payroll, coordinating and submission of documents
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned





Ideal Profile

Job Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant HR experiences with recruitment background preferred
Candidate with prior experience in IT industry is an added advantage
Ability to consult and comprehend recruitment needs from hiring managers and conduct effective talent search practices
Good working attitude and self-driven
Able to work under stress in a fast-paced environment
