We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.As part of the Ninjamart team, the Area Sales Manager will be in charge of managing the regional team and supporting them to achieve the business goals.This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has strong leadership in FMCG/Logistics/General Trade and good people management skills. 

Responsibilities


Lead a team of ops executives and van salesmen.
Drive fulfilment and fleet activities from setup to expansion.
Solve operational challenges across the region.
Coordinate sales initiatives through the fleet team.

Requirements


At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related fields.
At least 3 years of relevant experience with an operational background and the ability to also understand commercial sales are preferred.
Any prior experience demonstrating the ability to apply logic driven problem solving skills will be greatly advantageous.
Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to gather data, interpret and develop process improvement.
Language requirements : English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
Candidate willingness to travel/relocate as this role will be overseeing operations outside of Klang Valley.
