Enterprise Sales Strategy

Collaborate with management on driving Ninja Direct’s Enterprise sales strategy.
Develop a keen understanding of our key customer segments and their business needs to drive customer value and market competitiveness.

Team performance and pipeline management

Ensure productivity of the enterprise account team through daily tracking of activities and performance.
Ensure that the Enterprise sales pipeline remains healthy by ensuring that all opportunities are being followed up upon.
Develop sales executives’ understanding on key sales frameworks and important product knowledge
Target / Goals : Team Productivity KPIs,Team revenue targets

Execution of commercial initiatives

Assist Management in executing various commercial initiatives for Ninja Direct
Target / Goals : Ensure that implementation of initiatives is smooth and delivered in a timely manner.


At least Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University
Minimum 4 years in a sales, sales management or business development role
Proven track record of managing successful sales teams. 
Strong knowledge of sales pipeline management and B2B sales a must.
Experience dealing with senior stakeholders within large client organizations is a must
Knowledge on international logistics and freight forwarding preferred
